  职位: Operation Manager(运营经理)

  Responsibilities:

  Oversee a team of project managers and functional leads to ensure quality and on time delivery of development projects

  Oversee Training Manager to conduct regular training programs on new hire orientation, production techniques, project processes and overall skill set improvements

  Oversee IT to ensure both software and hardware needs of the Studio are promptly met

  Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, vendors and partners in China

  Work with Director of Asia Studio Development to build an effective service organization

  Screen, recruit, interview and evaluate production artist candidates

  Regularly conduct artist performance reviews through 1-on-1 meetings, peers and project leads

  Work with each artist to determine a professional development plan (PDP) that meets individual and organizational goals

  Assist each artist to achieve his/her PDP goals with guidance, support, advice and care

  Build strong relationship and trust with each artist and between artists

  Create a strong atmosphere with emphasis on company culture

  Determine effective art resource allocation with project managers, project leads and other art managers for maximum productivity

  Create game levels, encounters and game modes for a leading first person shooter with directions from producers and design leads

  Collaborate with producers, engineers, artists and other designers to craft challenging and entertaining experience

  Follow design templates and guidelines to create new vehicles, weapons and items

  Uphold product quality and maintain design vision of the franchise

  Meet development schedule with on-time delivery and quality

  Train entry-level designers on tools, techniques, principles, pipeline and process

  Assist project managers to estimate schedule, identify risks and track progress
