Summary of Job Qualifications:
Our game tester positions are very important to us. We want the best game testers to help us to make the best games possible. We need game testers that can find and repeat bugs and crashes.
You need to be very enthusiastic about games, know about all of the latest games and technology, and show great attention to detail.
You'll also need to be proficient in Excel, Word and DevTrack (or a similar bug tracking software).
Great communication skills both written and verbal are very important.
Ability to learn quickly and effectively and to remain focused in a fast paced team environment
Willing to work a flexible schedule as needed. Overtime, nights and weekend work will be required.
Game testing experience is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Include carrying out a test plan that includes finding, verifying, organizing, prioritizing and communicating bugs to the appropriate team members and QA Leads. You will work very closely with other overseas game testers, Leads and producers.
Carry out the test plans and check list. Evaluate the build status according the Company standards. Carry out daily report and build assessment report. Input bugs into DevTrack according the required format. Also supervise team members’ daily works and bug descriptions in DevTrack. Ensure data safety and supervise testing equipments in proper usage. Have the ability to communicate to team members give positive or negative suggestions, maintain performing well team members and encourage performing poor ones.
Directly report to QA manager.
Requirement:

3-4 years in game testing as a QA leader, with 6 years + game testing experience
l
Fluent English ability in both written and reading
l
Cet-6 or equal certificate
l
Colleague degree
l
Good commutation skills and good teamwork abilities
l
Abundant gaming experiences in all platforms
l
Have the specific views to the games
l
Be proficient in MS Office.
